We offer express & fully trackable worldwide shipping.
- Spain and the Balearic Islands: 7 EUR.
- Canary Islands: 10 EUR.
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you provide complimentary shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over 250 EUR.
How are your products packaged?
Our products are always neatly packed to ensure a great experience, even when gift-giving. Customers who require special packaging or a personalized message may contact us to make arrangements.
Order Cancellation
Ready-to-wear items
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return, please be advised that returns cost varies from one country to another. if you wish to start a return, please click here.
Made-to-order and made-to-measure items
Due to the personalised nature of these items, these orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Items in new and saleable condition may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Any goods returned outside the return period, damaged, or without documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Personalized and bespoke orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Returns can be made to either:
- Our Don Ramón de la Cruz Showroom.
- Production Files Online Returns at Calle de las Huertas 74, 2D, 28014, Madrid.
Production Files is not responsible for lost returned items and will not cover customs or duties on returned goods.
