1. Orders
Orders placed on productionfiles.co are for personal use only and are not intended for resale. Before finalizing your purchase, you will receive a summary of your order. Please review it carefully before confirming.
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and availability are accurate. However, items may become out of stock, and Production Files S.L. shall not be held liable for any unavailability. While we make every effort to accurately present products, actual garments may slightly differ from images due to variations in lighting, materials, or display settings.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect a violation of these Terms & Conditions or if a customer has caused damage to our brand or business.
2. Payment & Pricing
All prices displayed on productionfiles.co are inclusive of VAT for orders within the European Union and Norway. For orders outside these regions, additional import duties and taxes may apply, and customers are responsible for these charges. We recommend checking with local customs authorities for specific details.
Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Production Files S.L. reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
We accept secure payments via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other major payment providers. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe using SSL encryption, ensuring the highest level of security.
3. Shipping
Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, external factors such as customs delays, carrier issues, or unforeseen events may impact the actual delivery date.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@productionfiles.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a free return for defective or incorrect items. However, we do not take responsibility for items lost during return shipping.
4. Returns & Refunds
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for any reason. However, returned products must be in new, unworn condition, with original packaging and tags intact. If the product has been worn, used, or improperly handled, we reserve the right to deny the return.
- Returns must be shipped at the customer's expense.
- If the returned product has an odor (e.g., perfume, smoke), we may charge a €20 dry cleaning fee before processing a refund.
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Made To Measure Orders: Due to the personalised nature of these items, these orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-8 business days.
If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a free return and exchange.
5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can opt for store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. If you choose store credit, we will cover the return shipping cost.
To request store credit, simply mention it in the notes section of your return request. Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue store credit, which can be used for a new purchase.
Store credit can only be issued once per order. Express shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is unclaimed or refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all associated fees, including shipping, return shipping, taxes, and customs duties.
7. Repeated Returns
We monitor return activity. If a customer repeatedly returns items in a manner inconsistent with our policies, we reserve the right to refuse future orders.
